June 2018

  • 28 May - 01 Jun Theme: World Book
  • 02 Jun Holiday: Nuzul Al-Qur’an
  • 04 Jun - 08 Jun Theme: Environment
  • 11 Jun - 22 Jun Holiday: School Holiday
  • 25 Jun - 29 Jun Theme: Celebration
“We really love the school environment. It is not just academic. She has fun with lots of physical activities. It is a very comfortable environment for her to be in. Especially when she comes from an English speaking background so it is a bit comfortable for her to mix around with the kids here. It is small, very intimate, but we like it. But most importantly we have seen a lot of progress in her recitation of Surahs, her understanding of Islamic values and practices. We would really recommend parents out there who are looking for an Islamic base education that encompass of both government and international syllabus. So it is a good mixture of both with a strong emphasis of Islamic studies.”
“Alhamdulillah within a few months my kids are here in the Abedeen school, they are I’m feeling real improvement in their attitude and akhlak. I’m really telling you that Abedeen School is not only academic school. It’s not only teaching science and knowledge but it really implement in our children the core values of Islam and akhlak and Prophet attitude and that’s what I want my children to be.”
“After 11 months, we really notice lots of improvement from our child in terms of her ability to communicate and also the way she brings herself in front of her parents and others. It is totally different from during her primary school.”
“I am really satisfied with how the teachers are treating the kids. How they teach them especially the school is still new. I’m expecting InsyaAllah next year they will do much better. Thank you for everything.”
“We are from Maldives. I was looking for Cambridge. This school was offering both. Actually I want my child to excel in religious perspective to have good values and also to be a responsible person in the future. I have seen improvements in her and looking forward for more. Here the teachers are very approachable. We have easy access to each and every staff of Abedeen and that is a very welcoming sign for a parent. I’m really happy for that.”
“Thank you very much Abedeen Academy. We are very glad our children are here in the school. At first we were suspicious but at the end we see very good activities modern courses we like this school very much better than others. We hope we continue here at Abedeen.”
“I sincerely believe in what Puan Qutren Nada and her educators were aspiring to build – an institution providing a great education embedding Islamic values, shared heritage and academic excellence, in developing world class leaders. I had not regretted my decision of sending Farhah to this school, as I have seen the progress that she has made and the skills she has acquired. Alhamdulillah… Indeed, I had seen the “First Bloom”.”
